Dubai National School

Founded in 1988, Dubai National School has established an excellent and well-deserved reputation in the United Arab Emirates for high-quality education provided for students from Pre-Kindergarten to High School.

Dubai National School - Al Barsha has been awarded accreditation from the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) through the Commission on International Education (CIE) in 2003.

In April 2014, the school was granted re-accreditation by the NEASC Commission on International Education (CIE) for the next ten years. During this period, the school continued to seek ways to improve the quality of education it provides and had the strong foundations needed to ensure continued success.

Dubai National School – Al Barsha was granted its third accreditation in July 2022, following the successful hosting of the NEASC External Review Visit (ERV) in May 2022 under the ACE Protocol.

The school is currently engaged in its fourth cycle of accreditation. As part of this cycle, Dubai National School – Al Barsha is hosting the NEASC accreditation team from February 9–12, 2026, for the ACE Preparatory Visit in preparation for the ACE Pathway External Review Visit that will be held in the academic year 2026-2027.

This visit focuses on the Foundation Standards and the school’s implementation of NEASC Learning Principles, further reinforcing its ongoing commitment to excellence, reflection, and future-focused school improvement.
